About this calculation
Estimate based on asking prices per m² per city (July 2026), with modelled neighbourhood indications, adjusted for property type, floor area, condition and energy label. The label adjustment is calibrated to Brainbay/Kadaster research (label A vs G ≈ 17% value difference).
